TrainHer is a personal training service designed exclusively for women, helping them achieve their fitness goals through tailored programmes, expert guidance, and a supportive environment.

I offer 1-2-1 personal training, partner and group sessions, one-off sessions, and cost-effective packages.

I work from Physica Studio in Bridgend, as well as offering home visits*, and online personal training.

*Additional costs will apply

Absolutely! Many of my clients are starting their fitness journeys, and I’m here to make the process approachable, enjoyable, and effective.

Yes, I can create bespoke training plans for you to follow independently, with regular check-ins if needed.

I understand that unexpected issues can arise, and sometimes you might not be able to make it to a session. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unfortunately, sessions cancelled with less notice will be forfeited.

Currently, I don’t run women-only classes, but I do lead mixed-sex and mixed-ability classes at Physica Studio in Bridgend. These sessions are dynamic, fun, and open to all fitness levels, providing a great way to stay active in a group environment.

For packages of 4 or 8 sessions, these must be used within a one-month period. If you need to cancel your package, 30 days’ notice is required. This helps me manage my schedule and provide the best service to all clients.

Yes, I’m certified in Exercise Strategy for Perimenopause to Post-Menopause. I provide training specifically designed to support women through hormonal changes, helping them improve strength, manage symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.

No, just a water bottle and a towel. I’ll provide the necessary equipment during your sessions at Physica Studio. If we train at your home, we’ll discuss what’s available and what may be needed.
